Akiba’s Trip bercerita perihal Akihabara, sebuah kota yang mempunyai banyak hal, mulai dari anime, game, maid, idol, barang bekas, sampai banyak sekali makanan murah. Semua orang yang tiba ke kota ini akan disambut dengan ramah, baik seorang pendatang, maupun seorang master yang telah usang mengenal Akihabara. Jika kalian tiba ke Akihabara, kalian akan menemukan seseorang yang memahamimu. Di kota ini kalian sanggup melaksanakan majemuk hal yang mustahil kalian lakukan di kota lainnya. Bahkan kalian sanggup menelanjangi badan dan jiwa kalian sendiri. Di kawasan inilah kisah pertemuan seorang anak pria dan wanita dimulai.
